Free Gifts To Expand Your Heart Chakra This Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s can be lovely.

But it can also be tough.

With all the Hallmark emphasis on having a romantic partner, if you don’t have one, you may feel lonely or question your worth. I know I have.

And if you’re in a romantic relationship, you may feel an odd sort of pressure to have a really special date or to give or receive the perfect gift. I know I have.

Uggghhh. Let’s stop the madness!

I invite you to focus on what Valentine’s is really about – LOVE.

You are made of Divine Energy and Divine Energy is Love, so YOU ARE LOVE.

It’s that simple.

You are love.

And you’re a totally unique “slice” of love; a one-and-only version, because there’s no other you and there never will be!

So please, please be sure over this holiday of love to take some time to feel the love that you are.

And if you want to expand your heart chakra – stretch it – just a little more, I have two gifts for you – a new one and an “old” one.

The new one is the healing Heart Chakra Song from my New Album “Chakra Love” that I co-created with Jeff Bonilla.

The song repeats the word “Anahata,” the sanskrit name of the Heart Chakra. It’s a powerful love mantra all by itself. So learn the simple lyrics to the song (one refrain, “the heart is the bridge between body and soul”) and sing them over and over for more heart chakra expansion.

Here’s the free download of song. Enjoy!

The “old” heart-healing gift is  a very popular Ho’Oponopono meditation I created a while back. If you listen to it daily, you’ll feel more and more connected to your own heart and to your loved ones.  Here it is:

May your Valentine’s be filled with love and joy!
