8 Signs You Have an Under-Active Sacral Chakra (Affecting Your Creativity, Flow and Sexuality)

0

Your sacral chakra is located in your pelvic bowl and it is the source of your Divine Feminine. In this video, I share 8 signs that show your sacral chakra is weak.

Signs You Have a Weak Sacral Chakra

  • You can’t play (and/or you work all the time)
  • You have a lot of habitual routines (and find it hard to break out of them)
  • You like to say (or just feel inside), “I’m not creative.”
  • You have sexual issues that may include shame, not being embodied or just disliking intimacy.
  • Physically, you suffer from any of these: pelvic disorders, urinary problems, STDs, infertility or dehydration.
  • You’re always trying to control everything.
  • You have to have a plan, and may even fear spontaneity.
  • You are uncomfortable with or unable to express your emotions.

If you saw yourself in several of these signs, a few things you can do for sacral healing are: play more, do water activities or therapies (like watsu), eat or drink sensual orange juices like mango or orange, and do emotional release-oriented therapies.

I have several videos on my youtube channel that show you how to boost your sacral chakra. Check out this article about how to do sacral TPQs on my chakraboosters.com website. I recommend wearing my sacral Chakra Boosters Healing Tattoo™ right below your navel, which is not only healing, but looks good too.

Happy sacral healing!

Love and blessings,

Vicki
