This week, we move onto the second video in my series on the Chakra Personality Types.
Most of us are a mix of a couple (or more) of these, so watch each one as I create them and see what sounds like you.
There are so many different ways to assess our chakras and recognize which chakras are stronger or weaker. And a person’s personality traits can tell you a lot.
So, as you learn about these types over the next few weeks, be looking for them in your life. It’s a fun way to “study” the chakras and to have deeper insight into what makes other tick.
The sacral chakra is the orange energy center of the hips and pelvic bowl. It is the home of the lowest feminine chakra and is related to joy, flow, ease, emotions, creativity, sensuality, female sexuality and intimacy.
Here Are Some of the Signs of a Sacral Chakra Personality:
- Goes with the flow/easy-going
- Intimacy oriented (makes you feel like you’re the only other)
- Has access to the full range of emotions
- Is creative (not just with art but in all areas of life)
- Very adaptable/loves change
- Tends to have multiple relationships (or moves through many)
- Can get lost in the other/might be co-dependent
- Likes to play and “party”
- Has empathic skills
- Has feminine voice, movement, etc
- Has trouble staying on schedule (so don’t try to count on the sacral type)

Who can we look to as a super iconic Sacral Personality Type?
Marilyn Monroe!
She was extremely feminine in her voice and movements, and she fits the list all the way down. In fact, if she’d had more (stabilizing) root chakra to balance out her super strong sacral and heart chakras, she could possibly still be alive today (at 91). Marilyn tended to get lost in her relationships and liked drugs a little too much (which ultimately took her life).
I love sacral chakra personality types! They are so fun and playful and they always shake things up!
