Sometimes, we close our crown chakra because we’re afraid that if we have too much openness to the Divine, possibilities or even miracles, we won’t be realistic and will be unable to deal with the ‘real world. For that reason, I’ve chosen “unrealistic/dreamer” as our crown trait to tap on.Read More
There is no “food type” here, since the crown is the chakra that furthest from the material world of physical nourishment. You could say that the food type is fasting – or more precisely, prana — the life force that is present within each breath. In the video above, I talk about a very rare group of people who call themselves “Breatharians.” These folks claim they don’t eat food, because they get all the nourishment they need from breathing alone.Read More
Doing shadow integration work allows you to own back ALL of yourself so you can genuinely love yourself and others unconditionally — warts and all.
It also frees up lots of energy that you’re using to try and “not be” certain qualities. As Divine Energy, you are everything. If you accept that, then you can consciously choose what parts of you you want to express in each moment. Conversely, if you don’t accept all of you, then the rejected parts will have a subconscious life of their own and will sometimes control you — often at very inconvenient times (lol).
Your crown, of course, is the highest chakra in your field. It resides above the center of your head and it begins as a violet color and as it moves into the realm of spirit, it becomes white. Because most of us start in the root and work our way up as we evolve, this type metaphorically represents the top of the mountain, so it is far more rare than the others.
Many of us open our crown and experience Divine connection, but we don’t live from this chakra and make it the number one priority of our life.
The crown is the only chakra that is off the body, because it is not about the corporeal world. It’s all about the realm of pure spirit, and our infinite nature. It’s a beautiful energy to tap into, but very few animals truly carry it, as animals are very connected to the physical world.Read More
This week’s video opens your crown chakra that resides right above the top of your head. This chakra is your connection to the Divine and all that is. When open it makes you feel blissful and totally “online” with God/the Universe/or whatever you call your Higher Power.Read More
The need of your crown chakra is to be connected with the divine. Often, when psychologists talk about human needs, they leave this one off, because it’s a “higher” spiritual need. Some might even say that because spirit has no needs, the term “spiritual need” is an oxymoron. But as long as we live in a human body, we have needs, and while our higher needs may not be as pressing as our need for food and shelter, it can be stronger, because it is a deeper yearning.Read More
