Most of us have a lot of desires – and that’s good because they point us to the feelings we want to experience. But often, we think the things and situations of our lives that we want — like a new home or an amazing job or a loving partner – will make us feel the way we want to feel. We erroneously think we need things and situations to make us feel a certain way, which is actually a big, fat lie.
