It’s been 12 years now since I started Chakra Boosters. And my chakra healing journey began in earnest a few years before that. And the best way to describe is a winding path that has gradually led me deeper into my own heart. Why? Because 1) the heart chakra is the center point of my…Read More
What do you think causes specific chakras to be weak? Many people believe we’re born a “blank slate,” but the truth is, we aren’t. Energy never dies, so we carry it across lifetimes. This means we come into this life with tendencies and energies from past-life experiences. That’s why we see child prodigies with incredible…Read More

Hello Beautiful Soul, This week we’re going to look at what I consider to be the immutable laws of each chakra – the fundamental way that each

We are learning to accept and love ALL of ourselves.Read More
If we are properly cared for during each of these foundational years and our basic needs are met, we develop the capacity to claim all of our chakra rights. If we aren’t properly cared for at this time and are basic chakra needs are not met, then we may not even be aware that we have a certain chakra right. The cool thing is that, as an adult, we can learn about our chakra rights and consciously claim them.Read More
