So, I decided it was time for me to summarize and share some of my best (and easiest) ways to boost your root chakra. Doing these things will create a deeper sense of safety and stability that comes from within.
Someone with a weak throat chakra doesn’t feel they should have a say in things and someone with an over-active throat chakra can be righteous and believe that only they know the right way.
These same dynamics can play out with money.
