The pandemic is shaking up our global health and individual routines in a major way. We are collectively experiencing our old way of life dismantling before our eyes.
So, I decided it was time for me to summarize and share some of my best (and easiest) ways to boost your root chakra. Doing these things will create a deeper sense of safety and stability that comes from within.
Someone with a weak throat chakra doesn’t feel they should have a say in things and someone with an over-active throat chakra can be righteous and believe that only they know the right way.
These same dynamics can play out with money.
The money lens for the throat chakra is expression and it’s tied to your trust of yourself and others in regard to managing your money.
If your throat chakra is overactive, you tend to over control your money and are afraid to trust others to manage it.
